I received my wallet card but not my certificate why is this?

As a Registered Training Organisation, a unit of competence can only be
issued to a person once. As a result, if you have competed a refresher course
with SLSWA and have previously done the full course with us, we will only be
able to issue you with a wallet card that shows the validity of your award. You
will not receive the unit of competence again. The wallet card, with your new
expiry date, along with your original Statement of Attainment (featuring the
original date of completion) will be sufficient evidence to show currency.

I have booked online but have not received a confirmation email?

Please call SLSWA on 9207 6666 to confirm your booking.
